The built form frames, with open staircases and balcony terraces, open spaces for common use in the yard. These ones connect between yard-intern and yard-extern paths in the groundfloor area of the overall site and make, with grasses and geometrically planted trees the “inner yard areas” become a spatial sequence of specific characters for the atmosphere of the yard. A water basin, the fortified paths and the waterbound spaces of the inner yards build overlookable areas for communication. The geometrically paths are crossing and lead into the buildings. The retreat is the room in the buildings, not the open space. This one opens towards the surrounding landscape
