The new Lusail Marina District is subject of an overall design guideline. The individual parts of the district are covered by design guidance for structuring the private and public open spaces. For the areas of waterside promenade, shopping centers, service and residences, specific profiles are defined, determined by their use and strengthening the sea-related character of the overall area.
