Two first places in Architectural Competition
For 10 hours, the ten-people jury was meeting, discussing with expertise and heart blood the six concepts which had been delivered by well reputated architects' offices for the transformation of the Pfalz Quarter. Finally, two winners were selected, sharing a prize of 115.000 Euro in total. The "Auer Weber Architects" from Stuttgart with "Rainer Schmidt Landscape Architects" as well as the Spanish "Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos GmbH" from Berlin with "Topotek 1" still compete for the final first place, which will be announced after an after-sharpening of the projects by the end of August.
