The arrangement of built form and open spaces celebrates on one side the leading urban design image of the “flowing space” of the beginning 20th century, on the other side, it cultivates the strict geometry of the urban development in the 19th century with the plot structure of the tenants’ gardens opposite the ribbon development. This mixture of leading ideas and the form of the lone-standing solitary buildings has the effect of an un-orthodoxe, on one side playful, on the other side useful combination of land division and space-building. The tenants’ gardens invite to caring for the geometry, the meadows in between the solitary buildings invite for picnic or ball games. The structures for a lively occupation of open spaces have been created.
