New district of Holtenau Kiel Ost, 2nd prize with Pesch Partner Architekten Stadtplaner GmbH

We are very proud that we’ve won the 2nd prize in this competition together with Pesch Partner Architekten Stadtplaner GmbH. Under the defining concept of BLUE-GREEN CITY HOLTENAU-OST, a new quarter peppered with various unique and attractive open spaces is to be developed along the shore, which is composed of the Baltic Sea terraces, the forest quarter, the vertical garden city and the maritime industrial park.
