The arrangement of built form and open spaces intensifies the land use of a shore site in a triangle location which provides space for a main building with public access in the middle of the crossing axes of the triangle. Thus, the location of the partnership center is well selected at this point, using the advantages of the site for view and path connections not only functionally, but also spatially. This formation of core-area is architecturally defined by a lone-standing building, tower-like, reminding of a coastal lighting tower with a clear base and an elevated outlook. The architecture is framed by a geometrically structured open space, park-like, differentiating the land by rectangular fields of grass and geometrical arrangements for car-parking and geometrically laid out path-ways for walking. Thus, the connection with the rounded promenade alongside the shore is artistically structured, proposing longer and shorter links to the waterside and offering spaces in between for staying and enjoying the sea-view and sea-air.
